Mia Jennifer Welcome little Mia! Mia was born on Monday, March 16th at 4:06pm. She weighed 7 lbs. 10 oz. and was 19 inches long. She has tons of hair and looks a lot like Carter did when he was born. She also weighed exactly the same weight as Carter did and was only a half an inch off his height. Everyone is healthy and happy and doing well. Carter is extremely proud to be a big brother and constantly wants to hold Mia and talk to her. We hope everyone can meet her soon. Thank you for all the well wishes!
Can you talk yet?

Carter only agreed to this picture because we said he could push the buttons on the bed to make it move.

Proud big brother!

These are beautiful pictures of Mia and her big brother. Actually we loved seeing the whole family in the hospital room. Everyone looks so happy and healthy. We can't wait to meet Mia when we get back from FL--and I will be asking her why she decided to wait until I was winging my way back here before making her appearance.

Love, Grandma B.

Adorable-and what a wonderful (if a bit late) birthday present for Daddy. Dave, you will just have to celebrate together on the day in between, as you can enjoy waiting an extra day to get older and kids always want to get older, FAST!!:):)

It's great to see some pictures of Mia, and of course Carter, Ellen, and Dave. Glad to hear that everyone is healthy and happy. I'm sure that Carter will make a great big brother-I like how you had to let him play with the bed buttons in order to take the picture.
What a great week-Dave's birthday, St. Patrick's Day, Mia's birth, and then a win for UM in the NCAA tournament!
